Notifyy provides a 14-day free trial for new users. During this time, users can explore the Basic Plan features and try the Chatbot Flows add-on for free. No credit card is needed to start the trial, and users won't be charged.
After the free trial, if a user subscribes to any of Notifyy's paid plans, they will not be eligible for a refund. The free trial is provided to let users try all the services and decide if they want to continue with Notifyy.
If a user is not satisfied, they can cancel the free trial at any time without being charged. Once a user subscribes to a paid plan, refunds are not available. However, they can cancel their subscription to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
All Notifyy services, including charges for Notifyy plans, WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs), add-ons, or any third-party integrations, are non-refundable. This is because of the nature of the services and the costs involved in providing them.
One-time payments for Chatbot development or other setup fees are also non-refundable.
Notifyy is a WhatsApp marketing platform that works based on Meta's APIs. After purchasing a subscription, it is the business owner's responsibility to submit valid documents and follow Meta's policies for verification. Notifyy will assist and guide you in the process, but we do not guarantee approval. If your account is blocked or rejected by Meta, refunds will not be provided.
If a user faces ongoing technical problems that stop them from using the service properly, and Notifyy's support team confirms these issues, a partial or full refund may be provided at Notifyy's discretion.
If you notice any unauthorized or fraudulent charges, contact Notifyy support immediately. Once verified, Notifyy will provide a full refund.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds for the unused portion of the subscription are not provided, except under special circumstances. Such cases will be reviewed individually at the discretion of our support team.
